Charles Fields

Charlie brings experience in a professional specialty and a commitment to model the theories presented in the workshops. He lives these issues in his own life and at work. Like all Designed Learning Affiliates he treats the client organization and workshop participants as partners in creating a powerful learning experience.

Charlie has an Engineering background. He gained nearly 20 years of experience in management positions in training and communications, claims administration and general claims at Hartford Steam Boiler. He was always in a line operation, even when functioning in a staff role.

His international Designed Learning work includes: Conducting Flawless Consulting Skills I, II, III, and Building Accountability and Commitment, workshops with participants from over 40 different countries and with companies such as Citigroup - Turkey, Coca Cola - Vienna, Exxon Mobil - Brussels, Fluor Corp, Foundations for Development & Public Service (in Romania & Slovakia), Genetech, Glaxo, HP - EMEA, Progress Energy, Springer-Verlag NA, and Xerox.

With over 30 years in the fields of Engineering and Organization Development, Charles' consulting practice includes working with organizations in the areas of thinking, leadership development, building relationships, and innovation & creativity.
