Christine Little
Christine
brings years of experience in international organizational
development in the areas of training, capacity building, strategy setting and
change management. She has worked directly in 18 countries on five continents.
For 15 years she worked in
organizational learning and development at Habitat for Humanity International,
developing strategies and processes for learning and development at the local,
national and global levels. This work included overseeing broad learning
initiatives designed to help the organization deliver on its strategies.
Having lived in Latin America
for 15 years, Christine is fluent in English and Spanish. She holds a Master of
Science degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine’s Graziadio School
of Business.
Her work for Designed Learning
includes delivering Flawless Consulting Skills I & II workshops in English and
Spanish. She has taught the courses in four continents, and has seen,
first-hand, the applicability of the models taught in different cultures and
contexts. She uses the models and concepts taught in her own work as an internal
and external consultant.
Christine
lives in San Jose, Costa Rica with her husband Steve, and her two children,
Jordan, 13, and Max, 9.
