Lim Luck Ser

Founder of C-Transformation Pte Ltd, whose mission is to enable the core
transformation of individuals, teams and organizations through
fit-for-purpose interventions, be it Consulting, Facilitating, Training
or Coaching.
Luck Ser is a professional consultant, trainer and coach, specializing
in the areas of Leadership Development and Change Management. His
services include helping leaders to achieve greater performance and
self-development; developing the effectiveness of team members both
individually and collectively; and enhancing organization-wide
leadership.
He uses a tailored and integrated approach to enable practical solutions
which meet the needs of the individuals, teams, organizations or
communities. His key underlying values are disciplined
peopledisciplined thoughtsdisciplined actions; simplicity-enjoyment in
learning; and relationship (authenticity, integrity)-results.
Luck Ser holds an M.B.A and has been trained as a Professional
Consultant, Coach and Trainer. He is certified in several research-based
psychometric profiling instruments for 360 Feedback Benchmarks, MBTI,
FIRO-B, Harrison InnerView, and PIAV.
He works directly with his own clients (under C-Transformation) or
clients of his affiliated companies. He is affiliated to three Global
Organizations:
www.designedlearning.com and www.flamecentre.com representing Designed
Learning in Singapore; Center for Creative Leadership www.ccl.org,
renowned for Leadership Development; and The Shell Group (Shell
Learning).
Luck Ser has trained, coached and consulted clients who are generally
leaders/managers, including CEOs, presidents, managing directors,
general managers, functional managers and executives and emerging
leaders/high potentials. They are mostly from multi-national
corporations, with a few from government bodies, small-medium
enterprises and non-profit organizations. Most of the clients are based
in Asia Pacific, with a few in UK/Europe and USA.
Luck Ser gained 32 years of corporate experience with two large MNCs, BP
and Intl Computer Ltd. In those organizations he gained experience in
both line management (Functional Head level) and in leading strategic
transformations, including organizational development (covering
Organizational Structures/People, Processes & Technologies/Facilities)
of varied key functions at departmental, country and regional levels.
Luck Ser previously lived & worked in England, China and Malaysia. He is
a Singaporean who lives in Singapore, is married and has three children.
