Eva Nagl-Poelzer

Eva brings 25 years experience in Human
Resources in the areas of coaching, training, organization development, and
recruiting for people in IT, Operations, Finance, Marketing and Sales.
For 16 years she worked in Human Resources
and Training at Coca-Cola Computer Services, a subsidiary of The Coca-Cola
Company, developing strategies in people development and designing and
delivering business software workshops in the EU, Asia Pacific, and North
America.
Eva lived in Ireland for 4 years working in
Irish Tourism and providing marketing services for IT projects. She also founded
a company providing training and marketing support to organizations such as, the
Austrian Ministry of Finance and Justice, IBM, and 3M.
She continues her dedication to development
and growth in both her clients and herself. She lectures at the Danube
University in Krems, Austria. Eva holds a degree in business administration from
the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Her work languages are German
and English.
Eva’s work for Designed Learning includes
Flawless Consulting Skills I & II workshops for participants from customer
service, engineering, finance, human resources, information services and
training. Hewlett Packard, Bristol-Myers Sqibb and Coca-Cola are among the
Designed Learning clients with whom Eva has worked in Europe. She treats the
client organization and workshop participants as partners in creating a powerful
learning experience.
Eva enjoys life in the countryside of
Austria. She lives in a small village in the Vienna Woods together with her
daughter who studies Politics and her son.
