The Participants
Individuals in staff positions such as human resources
training, organizational development, information systems, finance,
safety, purchasing, engineering, etc. - anyone who is in a position of
having influence without direct control.
Workshop Size

Consulting 2: Discovery.

The Flawless Consulting Fieldbook will be provided as a
pre-workshop handout
Methodology
The Flawless Consulting Workshops are highly interactive. You will
become deeply immersed in the material through interactive simulations
with one or two other attendees. The workshop also includes
written exercises to apply key concepts to your own unique situation.
You will leave with a specific plan to bring these ideas to your
institution. Brief lectures are used to
present initial key concepts.
