| Managing
Differences and Agreement®

Like it or not, differences are a part of life.
Unfortunately, dealing with disagreement that comes from these
differences is not something that comes naturally to most of us.
We tend to ignore it, avoid it or just live with it. Often
conflict results in stalling, personality clashes, gamesmanship or
cutthroat competition. That organizational toll which results
from our inability to manage differences or forge agreements that work
is tremendous - lost productivity, decreased quality, inefficiency, lack
of retention and diminished customer satisfaction.
When we recognize that the value
individuals bring to the organization is their differences not
necessarily their sameness, the potential for new and creative solutions
increases.
Designed Learning's Managing Differences and Agreement
workshop provides you with the skills needed to understand the sources
and diagnose the causes of conflict. You will learn that conflict
occurs around facts, goals, methods or values adding a logical and
rational understanding to the emotional phenomenon of conflict.
You will develop skills to engage others in forging new agreements.
In addition, this workshop stresses the role of personal responsibility
and choice in managing differences and agreements in your life.
Developed by Designed Learning Founder, James Maselko,
this popular workshop now in a new, redesigned two-day format will help
you reduce the negative impacts of conflict on you effectiveness and
productivity and make more of your disagreements result in new
agreements that work for all parties.
