She has worked with companies such as Philip Morris, Yum Brands, Aramark , Westinghouse, Areva ( French Nuclear Engineering Firm), ITT Automotive, and a host of small businesses and nonprofits. She has the acute gift to ask the honest questions to get at the root causes that enhance both self-awareness and people capability. This ability is also evident in her results driven and pragmatic coaching and facilitation approach.

Robin holds an MS in Human Resources and a BS in Psychology from the University of South Carolina, is a US Army Veteran and has 25 years of functional Human Resources generalist, specialist, and Organization Leadership Development experience. Robin was introduced to Flawless Consulting principles early in her career. She has coached and consulted Ownership, Executive, Senior and Middle-level management on HR strategies and practices to deliver overall business results.
Robin enjoys spending time with her family, reading, running, volunteering and traveling.
