Joe Braidish is a business management and organizational effectiveness professional specializing in the areas of strategic business development, value chain optimization, and executive leadership development. In all his work with business, social, and government sector clients, Joe strives to help people elevate their enterprise by using it as a vehicle to discover and strengthen the links between identity and industry, passion and prosperity, meaning and marketability, and service and success.
Joe is managing principal of Boulder, Colorado based Newbridge Development Services. His practice is focused on building intrapreneurial capacity – helping individuals and small units within organizations deal with economic challenges, create a vision and strategic framework, plan and deploy business initiatives, enhance functional excellence, develop communities of learning and practice, and improve overall performance. His Designed Learning clients include 3M, Hewlett-Packard, Premera Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Singapore and Hong Kong based MeesPierson Bank, Goodyear, and the County of Riverside, California. Through affiliations with other management consulting firms, Joe has worked with many organizations, including, Rolls-Royce plc, FedEx, Whirlpool, Lincoln Financial, EDS, Dow Chemical, Ingersoll-Rand, The Nature Conservancy, and the Association of Fund-Raising Professionals. In addition to this work, Joe serves as a board member and executive director for All Together Now International, a non-profit organization supporting education, health care, and economic empowerment projects in Asia and Africa.
Previously, Joe served for four years as director of research and consulting services for Kelley Executive Partners (KEP), a division of Indiana University’s Advanced Research and Technology Institute, and the highly ranked executive education arm of the university’s Kelley School of Business. Prior to his work at Kelley Executive Partners, Joe spent the majority of his professional career serving in a variety of learning and organizational development capacities for large, multi-national organizations like RCA Corporation, Continental Telephone, Sprint Communications Company, and Hillenbrand Industries. Additionally, Joe held senior and regional level management positions in sales, marketing, and operations.
Joe earned his BA degree from John Carroll University, in Cleveland, Ohio. He is an advisory council member of Naropa University’s Marpa Center for Business and Economics. He is a board member of the National Academy of Integrative Learning, and has been a featured speaker at numerous national educational symposia. He is a volunteer business advisor with CTEK Venture Centers, the Colorado business catalyst supporting entrepreneurs and small business development activities statewide. He has served on the international advisory committee for UK based Reason in Practice, an organization dedicated to advancing the application of critical thinking and philosophical rigor to the practice of business management.
