Daphne Woolfolk

Daphne has 20+ years of experience coaching business leaders from Fortune 500 companies to one-person shops. She teaches how to build work environments that meet the changing needs of a business and enable people to bring their best selves to work every day. She has been an avid student and teacher of the principles of Flawless Consulting since her first introduction to the concepts over two decades ago.

Prior to joining Designed Learning fulltime as Director Consulting Services, Daphne ran an Organizational Development practice geared to the needs of emerging businesses. She provided insight into the use of OD tools to address the challenges of building a cohesive culture, developing leaders and keeping employees engaged through the demanding pace of high growth. She has been a featured speaker on the human side of change for groups including the IL CPA Society, The Chicago Tribune and the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce.

Daphne also served as an internal consultant holding leadership roles in Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness for Colgate-Palmolive and Philip Morris.  In this role she was involved in initiatives that positively impacted employees both in the U.S. and abroad. It was in these early years that she first learned how to be fluent in the language of business in order to be a truly influential business partner.

Daphne holds a Master Degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Northwestern University. She loves to travel – has explored four continents and counting – and greatly appreciates the large extended family, close friends and business mentors who support her endeavors
