Jacqueline Resch

Jacqueline Resch has over 30 years of professional experience in the human resources field.
She started her career working in retail and communication segments of important Brazilian enterprises where she held executive positions in talent acquisition and development. In 1990, Jacqueline led a team of HR internal consultants that directed her to Designed Learning for the first time. There, Designed Learning trained her and her team to work following the set forth principles developed from Flawless Consulting.
In 1993, Jacqueline decided to start her own consulting business, providing support to companies searching for talents and building their teams. Since then, she has been rendering services to large national and multinational companies around the country.
Having in mind the transformation of the performance of her team at Mesbla, a leading Brazilian retail company, Jacqueline decided to start a partnership with Joyce Mitchell, Designed Learning’s first representative in Latin America. Together, they trained the staffs of large companies on internal consulting skills in countries such as Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Panama, Chile and Nicaragua.
Jacqueline holds a degree in psychology, a post-graduation in clinical psychology and a MBA in business management. She is also certified in systemic facilitation of groups and coaching, with a focus on leadership coaching, skills development coaching and career coaching.
She has already taught several MBA courses to some of the most renowned universities in Rio de Janeiro. For the last five years, she has been a professor at the Pontifical Catholic University in Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ) for the human resources MBA course.
