Joseph Braidish

Joe Braidish is a business researcher, educator, and management consultant advising cross-sector clients about enterprise strategy management, marketing and business development, business process management and organizational effectiveness. He works with both large and small enterprises and the key functional units and shared services groups within those organizations helping them build their capacity to launch critical business initiatives, build internal consulting capacity, and improve performance outcomes.

Joe’s affiliation with Designed Learning has spanned more than 20 years, beginning as a client and evolving in 2003 to affiliate consultant status. His DL work enables Joe to fulfill a core dimension of his mission – helping highly intentional people use their work as a vehicle to discover and strengthen the links between identity and industry, passion and prosperity, meaning and marketability and service and success. Joe is managing principal of his own consulting practice, Boulder CO based Newbridge Services Group, LLC. He is an adjunct faculty member of the Corporate and Executive Education Center within the Butler University College of Business, and he serves as a business advisor with CTEK, a State of Colorado economic development organization. Within his Newbridge Services Group practice, Joe delivers management consulting services, education and training programs and action research/decision support services to clients in the economic, social and government sectors.

Joe’s previous work experience includes four years as director of research and consulting services for Kelley Executive Partners, a division of Indiana University’s Advanced Research and Technology Institute, and the highly ranked executive education arm of the university’s Kelley School of Business.

Prior to his work at Kelley Executive Partners, Joe spent the majority of his professional career serving large, multi-national organizations within the telecommunications and medical devices sectors, holding senior level positions in learning and organizational development and senior and regional level positions in sales, marketing, operations and client services.

Joe earned his BA degree from John Carroll University in Cleveland and has done advanced course work at Indiana University. He serves on the international committee for Reason in Practice, a UK based business management organization. Joe is a fellow at the US Veterans Innovation Center and the lead researcher on the neuroscience of learning and resilience for its MAP Project. Joe has served as a board member and is the former executive director for All Together Now International, a Boulder, Colorado based nonprofit organization supporting economic empowerment, education and health care projects in Asia and Africa. Joe’s active engagement with blended value organizations working to promote human learning and development, intentional economics and sustainable, resilient community has most recently resulted in his joining a small group of colleagues to establish the Seattle based TOR Foundation.
