Lianbin Cui is a certified facilitator with Designed Learning. He has held positions at On Demand Consulting (China), Management Training and Consulting Corporation, Southern Illinois University Carbondale, UFIDA Software Group (China), and Beijing Personnel Bureau. Lianbin has a Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, a Master of Business Education from Bowling Green State University, and a Master of Management in Educational Economics and Administration from University of Science & Technology Beijing.
Lianbin consults with a number of MNCs in China such as Johnson & Johnson (China), Merk (China), Pfizer, ABB, Emerson, Schneider Electric, Microsoft and other various Chinese companies in different industries.
Lianbin co-authored and co-translated several books with Dr. Li Hu and others including: Learning Design, Kirkpatrick Then and Now, Training On Trial, ASTD Handbook for Workplace Learning Professionals, and Handbook of Improving Performance in the Workplace. He conducts seminars and facilitates training workshops on Flawless Consulting, Kirkpatrick Four Levels Evaluation Model, training program design and development, and human performance improvement technology.
