With 30+ years of experience as an Organization/Human Development leader and consultant, Ric leverages the latest neuroscience research and a unique brain-based approach to help organizations learn, grow and change. His work and passion is to assist leaders and teams in identifying and aligning to their organization’s common purpose, address cross-organizational friction and embed the norms, skills and routines of change agility.
Ric holds Bachelors’ degrees in Business and English from the University of Puget Sound, a Masters degree in Literature from the University of Chicago, a Masters degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and an Organization Design certificate from the Center for Effective Organizations at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. Ric currently teaches the graduate course Leading Alignment and Agility at Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies.
Ric's areas of expertise include organization alignment and agility, team effectiveness, organization design, leadership development, large scale change management and executive coaching. Prior professional experience includes VP of Organization/Executive/Leadership Development-JP Morgan Chase and Director Organization/Talent Development-Starbucks. Ric is currently the Principal at Oslin Consulting in Bellevue, WA.
